You are not alone. Many women silently struggle through midlife changes without the guidance and support they deserve.

Being in a space with women who are actively reshaping the conversation around midlife and menopause is deeply meaningful to me.
Engaging in thoughtful dialogue alongside Sunny and Jenn and other women committed to education and shared learning, was a powerful reminder of why this work matters.
When real stories, education and lived experience are given equal space, women feel seen, understood, and supported.
As a licensed therapist and the founder of The Meno Psychologist, my work focuses on the emotional and psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause.
Community plays a vital role in this process, especially when it is built on shared values, respect and a genuine desire to support women 40 and beyond.
My goal is to continue fostering and contributing to communities where midlife experiences are acknowledged, normalized and thoughtfully supported.
With Phoenix Rising, I help women transform confusion into confidence and reclaim their agency in both mind and body. I don’t just know the science, I know how to heal. And now, I’m here to share that path with you.
Ladies, it's your time to rise.

"I already have a OBGYN. Why do I need the 'MenoPsychologist' too?"
Your OBGYN handles the biology. I handle the psychology. I provide the missing piece. Practical, clinical tools to regulate a nervous system that is currently under construction. Most general practitioners simply aren't trained in the mental health aspects of menopause. I am.
"I’m barely holding it together by 6 PM. Do I really have to come out/log on for this?"
This is a therapeutic approach to wellness. While I am a licensed therapist, my groups and workshops are educational and supportive spaces designed to give you psychological tools. They are led with the safety and ethics of a clinician, which means you are in safe hands.
"What is the ROI (Return on Investment)?"
Free groups are great for venting, but they often lack safety. This is a clinically facilitated space offering science backed educational information. You aren't just getting peer support. You are getting expert guidance and a safe container that actually moves the needle on your well-being.
